ABOUT
Decision Points is an immersive experience designed to place participants “in the shoes of” a law enforcement officer responding to dangerous situations. Participants interact with the scenario by responding to periodic prompts, called “decision points.” There will be initial, brief feedback on the appropriateness of the chosen action with more detailed information provided at the end by LELDF police practices expert, Sergeant William Gleason, at the end of the scenario.
About Sergeant Gleason
William Gleason is a veteran law enforcement officer and training instructor with over 30 years experience. He has trained thousands of law enforcement officers in firearms, defensive tactics, force de-escalation, and use-of-force assessment and tactics. Sergeant Gleason is a certified by the Force Science Institute as a Force Science Analyst. He has testified as a police use-of-force and police practice expert in federal and state courts.
